Kudos

As i write this, preparations are on for the final stage rehearsals for Sanskriti '09 of J.U. Alumni Oman.. As i was a part of the first meeting that conceptualized the program and being see it implemented through its various stages i must respect and admire the efforts of all the alumni who made it happen. It was in my personal incapacity to be in the thick of things as logistics was a critical culprit. I blame myself alone for it.. but...

Kudos to the kids that are putting up a brave front in show-casing their talents. they deserve every bit of adulation.

Kudos to the members and their spouses who have energetically spent time in fine tuning their capabilities and honing their skills for the finale slated for the 26th.

Kudos to the people who went about in the most professional and disciplined manner interfacing with the media, the visibility factors, spreading the invites amongst the junta and ensuring that all corners are taken care off.

Kudos to those members who are engaged in the actual ground logistics.. waking up at odd hours to receive our guests and ensuring that their needs are taken care off.

Kudos to the members who have extended their capacity to garner resources for financing this program. without the actual help of a few who have crossed the 4-figure mark in O-Riyals and the rest this program would have been a non-starter unless we dipped into our kitty.

Kudos to those members and their families who hosted all the rehearsals and patiently waited on the participants to make them feel at home and at ease.

Kudos to the Sanjoy and Kallol for their co-ordination and having a firm grip on he entire proceedings so that it does not spin out of control in any of the parameters.

Special Kudos to Sanjoy and his back-end support team for getting the web page designed and populated.i am sure this has been a great learning experience for him and in the process his knowledge of codes could trigger another Dan Brown thriller.

in short Kudos to all the members and their families and to all our well wishers our support structures our sponsors our local guests et all who all clapped cohesively together to make this a great encore.
